Sluggish server

A lot of visitors have noticed that the rox.com server is running slow. Painfully slow. Actually, the sluggishness seems to come and go. Sometimes it's fast, but other times it gets bogged down. I've reported the problem to our service provider and will post something here once it's been resolved. Note that these performance problems won't affect video downloads, since all the video is stored on a different server.
