Junkanoo Punch and Nickell Bourbon

This drink was mixed in a can of Junkanoo Punch, which is an absurdly, cloyingly sweet beverage sold to tourists in the Bahamas. The drink was mixed on a concrete ledge on the tarmac of the Nassau Airport, as we awaited the arrival of our plane.

2 oz Nickell Bourbon (okay, it's actually Heaven Hill Bourbon; but Dr. Pat decided to opt for a rebranding strategy, placing it in her own, self-titled flask)
