ROX #82,“The RCA State,” (along with ROX #62, “XY in NY”) was seen at the 25th International Film Festival in Rotterdam (Netherlands) in 1996.
The following capsule review was originally published on videomaker.com many moons ago:
“This Indiana Public Access TV show is reminiscent of Michael Moore's TV Nation, except ROX looks like it was shot on a $13 dollar budget. The lack of production values doesn't hamper the spirit of this show, as it looks at the renaming of the publicly funded Hoosier Dome to the RCA Dome. The highlight of the video is a look at the history of television, and its Hoosier inventor Philo T. Farnsworth.”
